Police officer injured in accident Monday morning

A South Bend Police officer was involved in an accident just after 8 a.m. Monday.
The accident happened at S. Eddy Street and E. Jefferson Boulevard.
Three vehicles, including the squad car, were involved.
The police officer was injured in the accident, but his injuries are not known.
