Suspect pleads guilty to cousin's murder

A Benton Harbor man pleaded guilty in the murder of his cousin outside a night club in November 2015.

Lozerik Boyd pleaded guilty to second degree murder on Tuesday. Two other weapons charges were dismissed as a part of the plea agreement.

Boyd shot his cousin James Quinn in the parking lot of the Jump Off biker's club around 2 a.m. November 1 after an altercation.

The club was rented out for a party.

Boyd will be sentenced on June 20th.
