Former Buchanan City Manager Ben Eldridge now works for Dowagiac

CASS COUNTY, Mich. - The former Buchanan City Manager, Ben Eldridge, has a new job.

He's now serving as the Director of Public Works for the City of Dowagiac.

Eldridge will coordinate and supervise public works staff, bringing his more than 20 years of experience to the role.

Eldridge resigned from the Buchanan City Manager position, in late November, following dozens of complaints from city staff about his workplace conduct.
