One woman injured after accidental shooting in St. Joseph County

St. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Authorities say one woman was injured after an accidental shooting happened in South Bend.
The incident happened in the 19000 Block of Auten Road in St. Joseph County.
Officials say the call came in at 4:16 p.m.
A 26-year-old woman was transported to Memorial Hospital in South Bend to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
According to officials, the woman was shot in the leg after her fiance pulled a gun out of the closet and the gun accidentally discharged.
