ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – St. Joseph County Libraries is offering local black history material year-round with a collection of books, both non-fictional and fictional, and features an online database with moments of history captured in headlines and more.
“Our databases are really wonderful,” stated Kris Springer, Customer Service Manager of St. Joseph County Libraries, “We have a local and family history database called Michiana Memory, that has a lot of local South Bend and Saint Joseph County information about black history in the area.”
