1 year old found dead in Elkhart

Elkhart Police are investigating the death of a one-year-old child.
The boy’s grandma told police she was unable to wake him from a nap around 4 pm.
She called 911 and performed CPR on the child.
The one-year old was pronounced dead at Elkhart General Hospital.
An autopsy will be performed later this weekend.
