11-year-old accused of strangling eight-year-old at bus stop

GOSHEN, Ind. – An 11-year-old was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly strangling an eight-year-old while waiting for the bus, the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office reported.
At 8 a.m., a man reported that his son was being strangled by another boy while they were waiting for the bus in the 58000 block of S.R. 15 in Goshen.
The 11-year-old was located and taken to the Elkhart County Juvenile Detention Center for felony strangulation.
