ELKHART, Ind. - A 15-year-old boy was arrested after he shoved an officer and resisted arrest during an interaction with police Thursday afternoon, according to the Elkhart Police Department.
At 2:24 p.m., an officer was called out to the 700 block of Prairie St. for a report of suspicious people carrying guns in the area.
Shortly after, officers spotted an individual matching a suspect description walking east on Blazer Boulevard.
