A quick punch of snow and cold
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A 15-year-old is in critical condition following a shooting that took place on Thursday night, the South Bend Police Department reported.
At 10:30 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired in the 1900 block of Elwood Avenue, near Johnson Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a 15-year-old shooting victim.
The victim was inside a large SUV vehicle with one other occupant.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
The other occupant was not injured.
St. Joseph County Metro Homicide has taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s help.
