201 positive cases of COVID-19 reported in Indiana; 6 deaths

INDIANAOPLIS,Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health is reporting 76 new positive cases of COVID-19. The total number of cases in the state is now at 201 with 2 new cases being reported in St. Joseph County.

6 people in Indiana have died from the coronavirus, according to the state health department.

2 new deaths were reported on Sunday, both residents of Scott and Marion counties that were over the age of 50. 

The new cases reported on Sunday are in the following counties:

  • Hancock (2)
  • Hendricks (2)
  • Howard (1)

  • Lake (3)
  • Madison (1)
  • Marion (35)
  • Monroe (1)
  • Morgan (1)
  • Putnam (1)
  • Ripley (1)
  • St. Joseph (2)
  • Scott (1)
  • Tipton (1)

There are now 8 confirmed positive cases being reported in St. Joseph County.

A total of 1,494 Hoosiers have been tested.
