2026 marks the 30th Anniversary of U93's Roofsit Fundraiser to End Child Abuse

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- 2026 marks the 30th Anniversary of U93's Roofsit Fundraiser to End Child Abuse

U93 Roofsit started in 1996 when radio hosts took to a rooftop, day and night, to speak out against child abuse. They shared powerful stories from survivors, and donations poured in to help kids heal, and to educate the community. Today, Roofsit is a week-long event, June 22 - 26, filled with activities that bring people together to protect children.

Events

  • Monday, June 22: Martin's Re-Grand Opening 4-6 p.m. (Heritage Square)
  • Tuesday, June 23: Roofsit Bingo at Uptown Kitchen 6 p.m. (21+)
  • Wednesday, June 24: Kid's Day 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Martin's Heritage Square)

"As we prepare for the 30th anniversary of Roofsit, we look forward to another powerful week of awareness, fundraising, and community impact. Thanks to the amazing Michiana community, over $3 million has been raised to support counseling, prevention, and education. Every child deserves a safe, happy childhood, and your support makes that possible!"
