2nd annual reggae festival hit by rain

The sounds of the islands blared this evening at the concert.

The storm is crazy,” Marc Guy said. “It’s ruining my reggae experience. This is my first year here and I don’t like that it’s being ruined by some rain.”
Organizers told ABC 57 that they planned to wait the storms out.
