2nd annual reggae festival hit by rain

South Bend, IN – The rain caused problems for the 2nd annual reggae festival.

The sounds of the islands blared this evening at the concert.

The event was held on the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds.

The rain caused a delay in the music for a little bit while we visited around 5 p.m.

The storm is crazy,” Marc Guy said. “It’s ruining my reggae experience. This is my first year here and I don’t like that it’s being ruined by some rain.”

Organizers told ABC 57 that they planned to wait the storms out.

The festival was expected to run till 11:30 Saturday night, no word on it if got cancelled in that second round of severe storms.
