3 Charged after disabled Florida woman found handcuffed and abused

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Three people are behind bars after police say they abused a disabled woman.
When Florida deputies got to the home they found the 21-year-old woman handcuffed and bleeding from the mouth.
She had a sandwich board tied around her neck reading, "I’m a liar and a thief.” Neighbors say this was not the first time something like this has happened.
Screams have been heard from the home before.
