4Seasons folding chairs are being recalled for a falling hazard because the chairs may recline too quickly.

The company is offering full refunds for the chair.

4Seasons asks consumers to cut a 5 inch by 5 inch piece of the fabric from the seat of the chair.

The fabric square should be sent back to the company to get a refund.
 
The chairs were exclusively sold at Ross stores.
