68-year-old shot in South Bend

A man was shot in the chest at a home on Elwood Avenue in South Bend Thursday afternoon.According to South Bend Police, the 68-year-old man was shot around 2 p.m.
The victim was shot in the chest and was taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital.
The suspect is described as a man in his 20s wearing all black clothing.
