77-year-old charged with Operating While Intoxicated after crash

Marshall County Sheriff - Marc Allen Witwer Mugshot BOURBON, Ind. -- After a two-vehicle crash, 77-year-old Marc Allen Witwer has been charged with Operating While Intoxicated and OWI Endangering.
On Friday, Sept. 26 at around 7 p.m., authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash on US 30 near Fir Road.
When officers responded, they found Witwer, one of the drivers, to show signs of intoxication.
Witwer was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged, with his bond set at $1,500.
