8-Year-old Indiana boy dies after being hit with baseball

UNION CITY, Ind. — An 8-year-old boy from Indiana died after he was hit by a baseball during practice.
Dylan Williams was at baseball practice Tuesday night in Union City when he was hit in the back of the head with the ball.
The principal says that when Williams was hit, he immediately went down and stopped breathing.
He was rushed to the nearest hospital and from there was airlifted to the Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
He died there Wednesday afternoon.
