911 Dispatchers to be honored for escaped killer incident

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. -- Two 9-1-1 dispatchers are going to be awarded Meritorious Service Awards for aiding a woman who was kidnapped by an escaped killer from Michigan.
Dispatchers Heather Lock and Kelly Landers will be honored on Monday, February 17 at 8:30 a.m. at the LaGrange County Annex building in the commissioners room, 114 W. Michigan Street in LaGrange.
