Arrest has been made after shooting led to critical injury back in July

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On July 28, officers with the South Bend Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Colfax in South Bend to a shooting. See Leo Goldman's article about the shooting for the full story.
UPDATE: Antonio Anderson, the victim in the shooting, is being charged with being in Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Serious Violent Felon. His initial hearing is set for September 15 at 9 a.m. Anderson's criminal history shows a prior conviction of Aggravated Battery in Okaloosa County Florida and was in possession of a firearm against is parole.
