PROVO, Utah -- Good news for the Irish Saturday; star linebacker Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa is off the injury list after returning from an ACL surgery and hurting his thumb facing off against the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill forcing him to sit out Stanford.
Safety Brauntae Johnson and cornerback Leonard Moore are still on the injured list.
Meanwhile, defensive lineman Jason Onye was upgraded to "questionable" during this week's availability update.
A major focus for coach Marcus Freeman as they take on BYU will be keeping his players off the injured list, as the fighting Irish play at an altitude measuring 4,500 feet above sea level.
Every player is being reminded to keep focused on how they recover after every play.
