LAKEVILLE, Ind. -- Halloween in the Park is returning to Newton Park on Oct. 17. The free event will be presented by Hershey's Salty Snacks.

From 6 - 8 p.m. the park will feature decorated trunks, costumes, candy, free popcorn, food trucks, entertainment, and Halloween fun for everyone.

Guests are encouraged to wear costumes.

For families who might enjoy a quieter environment, Halloween in the Park is offering pre-entry starting at 5:30 p.m.
