UPDATE: Just before 3 p.m. the Marshall County Sheriff's Office received a call of a dead individual in the Yellow River. 

It was found near the US 31 bridge north of US 30. 

The dead person was a male but hasn't been identified.

An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death. 

This is an ongoing investigation.
