Man saved after being trapped 10 feet below ground

Penn Township Fire Department PENN TOWNSHIP, Ind. -- The Penn Township Fire Department crews respond to an individual trapped approximately 10 feet below ground, with soil trapping him from the knees down.
Due to the depth and complexity of the rescue, the MABAS 201 Technical Rescue Team was called, bringing in additional personnel, specialized equipment, and technical rescue resources to the scene.
After a coordinated group effort, the man was successfully removed and transported to the hospital for further evaluation and care.
