ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -  A shooting this afternoon in St. Joseph County has led to the arrest of two teenagers. 

Officers were called to the 24000 block of Edison Road, where they found a 15-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said they were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to police, that 15-year-old has been preliminarily charged with possession of a machine gun, criminal recklessness and unlawful possession. A 16-year-old who was also on scene has also been preliminarily charged with possession of a machine gun and unlawful possession.

The shooting remains under investigation.
