Two free screenings of '1776' will be at the REES Theatre
The REES Theatre PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The REES theatre is presenting the musical film '1776' as part of the theatre's ongoing 250 film series.
'1776' will be on the big screen Sunday, June 28 with two free screenings at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The award-winning Broadway musical follows the founding fathers and the Continental Congress as they debate and ultimately forge the Declaration of Independence in a humorous fashion.
The REES theatre will be following up the Broadway musical with a showing of 'The Crossing' on September 25.
It depicts General George Washington’s crossing of the Delaware River and the Battle of Trenton during the American Revolution.
Admission to these shows are free.
