A/C not fixed: South Bend Housing Authority tenants continue sweltering

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We went back to check on the South Bend Housing Authority Apartment Complex on W. Western Ave.
On Thursday, we told you about how the air-conditioning has been broken for days. We were told it was fixed.
On Friday, we found it on, but the rooms are still unbearably hot.
We spoke to the maintenance manager to see what he had to say about all of this.
