A fire in South Bend leaves building ablaze
It’ll another calm day with a few more clouds and the low to mid 40s by the afternoon. The 1st half of the work week won’t be the same as a weak front sparks snow showers by mid-morning tomorrow. Lake effect fires up Monday night and continues on-and-off through Wednesday morning before fading by the afternoon. Accumulations are possible, but 3-day totals look to stay below 3” at this point for NW Michiana. The snow won’t stick around long as temps shoot up into the 50s for the 2nd half of the work week. Slight shower chances come back for St. Patrick’s Day weekend as the mild air holds on.
Today: Partly sunny. High of 41.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low of 25.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of scattered snow showers. Rain could mix in. Breezy. High of 38.
Tuesday: Lake effect snow showers likely. Breezy. Highs in the low 30s.
