A Place to Grow

The Berrien Film Project hosts a screening of A Place to Grow.

The film portrays life in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and offers a behind-the-scenes style look at life in Southwest Michigan.

Screenings feature performances by the Berrien Springs High School choir on Sunday and the Andrews Academy string ensemble on Monday.

A brief historical sketch of the area by a member of the Berrien Springs Historical Society will be offered on both nights.

Produced by Pieter Damsteegt, long-time Berrien Springs resident and 2013 graduate of Andrews University. Sponsored by local businesses, organizations, and private citizens.

When: Sunday April 17, Monday April 18, both at 7 pm

Where: Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan - Howard Performing Arts Center

Price: Free, but tickets are required as seating is limited.
