A poetry contest for all the ages starting March 10

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- Spill the Ink poetry contest will begin accepting submissions from all age groups on March 10 through April 14.

Winners will be announced following a public reading, which is not a requirement for those who submit, on Thursday, April 27 at 6 p.m. in Leighton Auditorium.

Gift certificates will go to winning writers, and finalists will be published in the library's Spill the Ink poetry zine.

Poems may be submitted electronically here or by dropping off a hard copy at any of the St. Joseph County public library branch locations.
