A yellow cab for Fido

KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- People get their pets groomed. But what about Fido getting chauffeured around town?

A Kalamazoo woman created a "pet taxi" that is attracting a lot of attention.

She said she got the idea after a friend asked her to take her dog on an errand.

This "pet taxi" takes animals to grooming appointments, the vet or dog day care.

But she says over all, unruly behavior or backseat accidents actually been minimal.

"This only thing is they all want to ride shot gun so that's the hardest thing is to keep them in the back," Sarah Bleeker said.

As part of the business she will also walk dogs, take them out for exercise and pet sit.
