CATCH HISTORY: Coach Freeman reflects on turning point in season

Notre Dame Head Coach Marcus Freeman has been relying on the motivation of getting his team to believe in after the devastating early season loss to Northern Illinois University and can they recover if they lose tomorrow? Will it be a successful season?

Here’s what Marcus Freeman has to say “Sometimes it takes the performance that we have versus NIU to go back and say, okay, hold on. What lessons do we have to learn? I’d be lying if I say I don't think about that loss or being upset. Every game that we play in is a version of a playoff game in our minds.”
