GOSHEN, Ind. -- Goshen Medics responded to reports of a workplace accident at Lippert Plant 45 (2703 College Avenue) around 9:44 a.m. on Feb. 5. When Goshen Police arrived at 10:26 a.m., they found a 36-year-old victim with life-threatening injuries.
According to a statement from the Goshen Police Department, the man was "struck by a large bundle of steel tubing during the delivery of the load of steel off his semi-truck."
Paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but Milos Jovanovic of Naperville, Ill. was pronounced dead upon arrival at the airfield for MedFlight.
Authorities say there are no further details at this time and did not indicate whether or not an investigation is taking place.
