Accident victim dies from injuries

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The man who was injured in an accident on Monday night on CR37 died from his injuries Tuesday evening.
The victim has been identified as Jerry Miller.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department, Miller was driving southbound on CR37, north of CR38 and lost control of his vehicle on the icy road.
The vehicle left the road and struck a tree. Miller was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
He suffered severe head injuries and died the following day.
