Accidental shooting reported on W. Washington Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – An accidental shooting was reported out of South Bend Monday evening.
At 5:45 p.m., officers were called to the 3700 block of W. Washington Street for the report.
According to the South Bend Police Department, one person is facing non-life-threatening injuries from the incident.
