Accused cop killer still on the loose, Halloween plans change

Halloween activities are being canceled while the manhunt continues for accused cop killer Eric Frein.

Residents are taking their holiday activities inside. A local school is throwing a “trunk-or-treat.”

“The trunks of their cars, the back of their pick-ups. We have some that are bringing motorcycles, so I don't know how they are going to do that, but then they will pass out candy as kids go around the circle to trick-or-treat,” says Halloween event organizer Madeleine Forsell.

Frein is accused of shooting two state troopers on September 12th, killing Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Bryon Dickson.

Officials say even if Frein is caught before Halloween, they are sticking with their current plan.
