LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. - According to the La Porte County Sheriff's Office, Jesse J. Brockman is now facing 5 additional charges, including two counts of reckless homicide.

On September 24, two deceased individuals were found in a Motel room in the 3900 block of Franklin Street in Michigan City.

The two individuals who died were 29-year-old Zachary Granzo and 26-year-old Christina Rossetti.

In an eight (8) Count Charging information filed on 11/14/19, Brockman is charged with:

Count 1 – Dealing Methamphetamine, Level 2 Felony
Count 2 – Failure to Report a Dead Body, Class “A” Misdemeanor
Count 3 – Failure to report a Dead Body, Class “A” Misdemeanor
Count 4 – Dealing in a Controlled Substance, Resulting in Death, Level 1 Felony
Count 5 – Dealing in a Controlled Substance, Resulting in Death, Level 1 Felony
Count 6 – Reckless Homicide, Level 5 Felony
Count 7 – Reckless Homicide, Level 5 Felony
Count 8 – Dealing in a Schedule I (One) Controlled Substance, Level 5 Felony

The La Porte County Drug Task Force has been investigating the case for a month and a half.

Brockman was initially charged in late September.
