ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—All lanes of southbound S.R. 23 are closed on Monday due to a water main break, according to INDOT.
INDOT said around 9 a.m. on Monday that southbound S.R. 23 between Olive Street and Indiana Avenue are closed due to a water main break.
No estimated time of reopening was provided.
Avoid the area.
