Alternating lane closures on State Road 2 beginning October 3

Photo courtesy: Indiana Department of Transportation LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. - Alternating lane closures will be in place on a section of State Road 2 beginning on or after October 3, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Crews will be resurfacing the road between S 700 W and S 400 W.
Work is weather-dependent but is expected to take a week to complete.
Flaggers will be near the work zone to direct traffic.
Drivers are asked to drive carefully through the area.
