An epic evening brings day two of NBA All-Star Weekend to an end

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind – Over 30,000 fans Lucas Oil Stadium to catch the NBA skills competition, three-point contest, and dunk contest.

They call Indiana the Hoosier state for a reason and Saturday night's events lived up to the hype of the famous nickname.

In true fashion, 'Team Pacers' included Myles Turner, Benedict Mathurin, and member of the East all-star lineup, Tyrese Haliburton. The Pacers trio took home the trophy in the Skills Competition to start the night.

Haliburton also competed in the three-point contest but came out short. Instead, Damian Lillard of the Milwaukee Bucks earned back-to-back bragging rights as the champion.

Last but not least, G-League standout Mac McClung backed up last year's performance and beat Boston Celtics guard Jalen Brown to bring home the trophy for the second year in a row, in the Dunk Contest.

The main event takes place Sunday evening inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse. East versus West bringing out all of the big-name players for a traditional showdown in the circle city. Tipoff scheduled for 8 p.m.
