Anchor Inn shooting suspect to appear in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man accused of a deadly shooting at a South Bend bar is expected to face a judge Wednesday morning.
Ramon DeLeon, 24, has a records hearing scheduled. Police say DeLeon shot and killed 32-year-old Cesar Flores outside of the Anchor Inn Bar earlier this month.
He's charged with voluntary manslaughter.
