Andrew Berlin discusses leadership at Rotary Club event

South Bend Cubs owner Andrew Berlin was the featured speaker at the Rotary Club of South Bend on Wednesday.

He spoke about what it takes to be a good leader and how important good leadership is to business.

"One of the things I like to do in South Bend is to share some of the successes we've had here and how we achieve those successes, whether you're running a business a team or have a group of people you're responsible for providing good leadership. And innovative leadership is something that's important to me and our business, not just the Cubs, but Berlin Packaging. So I'm sharing some of those success stories and some of those tools that I use," said Berlin.

The event was held at the Century Center.
