Animal cruetly charges filed against South Bend man

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend man is wanted on animal cruelty charges.

Joseph Perry, 38, is charged with multilating an animal.

These charges stem from an August call for South Bend Animal Control to investigate excessive animal waste at a home on South Ironwood. When an officer arrived he found three dead dogs on the property.

A judge has issued a warrant for Perry's arrest.
