SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department hosted another successful "Cops and Goblins" event, attracting families from near and far. Although free, the event requires advance tickets and usually sells out quickly.
This year, Four Winds Field home of the South Bend Cubs opened its doors to children in costumes for a night filled with spooky fun, scary surprises, and lots of candy.
