Applications open for South Bend's curb & sidewalk reimbursement program

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The City of South Bend is accepting applications for the 2023 Curb & Sidewalk Reimbursement Program, helping property owners repair damaged curbs, sidewalks and ADA ramps bordering their properties.

Any property owner, including homeowners, within city limits can apply to the program.

Reimbursement rates are based on the type of structure that needs repaired.

Each year, city officials establish target areas needing the most repairs.

Homeowners who live in these areas will receive a higher reimbursement.
