April 12: Candidates for St. Joseph County Commissioner, District 1

Local candidates who are running for St. Joseph County Commissioner were invited to make a statement at a public forum hosted by the American Democracy Project and the League of Women Voters.

On Tuesday, we have statements from both Democratic candidates for St. Joseph County Commissioner, District 1 - Mike McManus and Donald Westerhausen Jr. [story continues below the videos]

Forum organizers also extended the invitation to those running on the Republican side of this race-Carl Baxmeyer and Robert Wood.

The Republican winner will face off against either McManus or Westerhausen this November.

Indiana’s primary election is May 3.
