Armed man holding hostages in Southwest Baltimore

ABC news reports a 7-year-old is among four hostages at a Burger King restaurant in Baltimore on Sunday.
Baltimore police say the suspect is wanted on a rape charge and led police on a high-speed chase, ending in a crash with another vehicle.
The suspect then fled to nearby Burger King with a gun in hand.
According to police, SWAT team and negotiators are at the scene.
