Armstrong stripped of 7 Tour de France titles, banned for life

Seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his titles and banned for life from the competitive cycling.
The move came hours after Armstrong announced he was no longer going to fight the charges of illegal doping.
Armstrong said the move is not an admission of guilt.
The cyclist said he wanted to spend more time with his family and help cancer survivors through his Live Strong Foundation.
