Arrest made in homicide of woman found on I-70

INDIANAPOLIS – A man has ben arrested for the death of a woman who was found laying on I-70 in March, Indiana State Police announced.

Jason Rhea, 45, of Indianapolis, has been charged with murder and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.

On March 1, 21-year-old Dai-Ghia Hogan was found laying in the gravel on I-70 westbound.

Hogan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The case has been turned over to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office now that an arrest has been made.
