Arrest made in murder on Florence Avenue

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman has been arrested in the murder of a man who was found stabbed after a domestic dispute at a home on Florence Avenue.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department responded to the 23000 block of Florence Avenue Thursday and located the body of Alejandro Vergara.
Blanca Hernandez was taken to the hospital for the treatment of cuts.
Hernandez is facing a preliminary charge of murder.
Formal charges are expected to be filed next week.
