UPDATE: Prosecutor dismisses Prostitution charge, no intent to prosecute others in Four Winds Casino South Bend incident
UPDATE: The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office has dismissed the prostitution charge against Albany Burns.
Nine people who were already released made cash bail and promised to appear at a later date but have not been charged.
Two people who are still booked have a note on their case that there's an intent not to prosecute.

ORIGINAL STORY: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to the Pokagon Tribal Police Department, at least 14 people were arrested and are now facing charges related to prostitution.
On Thursday, Pokagon Tribal officers along members of the Gun Lake Tribal and Nottawaseppi Huron Band Tribal Police Departments conducted a sex trafficking/ human trafficking operation at Four Winds Casino Hotel South Bend.
As part of this operation, police say they posted advertisements for sexual services on public facing websites.
Officers were then contacted by an individual, later identified as Albany Burns, in response to an advertisement.
Police say an arrangement was made for sexual service in exchange for money.
Following the agreement made via text messages, Burns was provided with a pre-determined room number at the casino.
Officers then made contact with Burns at which point she was taken into custody and informed of the allegations.
Burns is charged with Prostitution, a Class A Misdemeanor.
A total of 14 people, 11 men and three women, were booked for prostitution charges by Pokagon Tribal police. Most of them have been released from jail while two men and the three women are still being held.
ABC57 has reached out to authorities regarding the names of the other suspects and exact charges.
